China Railway 21st Bureau Group Co.,LTD is one of the gigantic state owned construction enterprises integrating engingeering construction, Developement and research, business and trade into a comprehensive entity. It has been granted the status by authorities of related state ministries of the chief undertaker of special class in railway engineering construction, the chief undertaker of the first class in construction of house, highway, water conservation and water-power engineering, communication and municipal engineering and public utilities engineering; it has successfully secured its leading position as a professional undertaker of the first class in earthworking, bridge construction, tunneling, electricity engineering of railway construction, trunk line electrification, tracking and racking engineering ,etc. The corporation won the certificate of class A for prevention of geological disaster issued by the Ministry of Land and Resources, and the certificate of quality for overseas contract has also been obtained. The corporation has been chosen as National Models for Excellent Performance of the Construction Enterprises repeatedly, among many other awards or prizes are: National Award for Being Trustful and Promise Bond, Medal for Good Merits in Key Construction Projects of provincial or ministry- level for many times; China Construction Bank and  Industrial & Commercial Bank of China have issued AAA Class Certificate to the corporation for the sake of its faithfulness; The government of Gansu province has granted Civilized Award and Ethical and Moral Model Award to the corporation; China Railway 21st Group Corporation has been bestowed the Certificate of Quality of IS09002 International Standard and the certificates in quality, environment, and the health & safety of the employees as well. There are 12000 employees altogether in the corporation, including 3112 technicians of various disciplines, among them 1542 rank engineers or senior engineers.

The corporation has been possessed of large scale machinery and equipments with the capacity of construction worth of 7 billion Yuan(Chinese currency) yearly.

The corporation has completed in succession more than 60 main line of railway, the electrified railway of 2700km, over 40 highway construction within China; and a dozen of projects of railway, hingway and daily life equipment or utilities construction outside China. The corporation has the honor to get many of the China construction prizes such as National Award like Luban Jiang, Zhan Tianyou Jiang and National Gold or Silver Medal for 30 more times;meanwhile, more than 50 medals of provincial or ministry- level have been granted to the corporation, e.g. Feitian Jiang, Jiang Heyuan Jiang,Tianfu Jiang, Feng Huangbei Jiang,etc.. The corporation has won more than 20 Scientific Progressive Medals of National level or provincial level which still keep six national records in Chinese construction enterprises.
